Job Description:
Seeking a dynamic candidate with an MBA in Health Management to oversee the Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) project in the Bhopal District of Madhya Pradesh. The successful candidate will coordinate and supervise a team of construction professionals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient implementation of the Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) program in accordance with established plans, strategies, protocols, and quality standards.
- Report to the DD at NHMMP and the MDNHM regarding the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the MMU, addressing any related issues.
- Communicate and raise awareness about the Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) schedule and service offerings.
- Track and ensure the accuracy of daily, weekly, and monthly quantitative and qualitative reports.
- Develop budgets related to the MMU and manage expenditures accordingly.
- Clearly define and communicate the responsibilities and duties of each MMU team member in writing.
- Facilitate the acquisition of necessary skills and knowledge for MMU team members through suitable learning and development initiatives and programs.
- Plan and establish MMU operational schedules in coordination with CMHO, MOICs, BPMs, and BDOs, including resource allocation and service offerings.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBBS, BDS, BHMS, or BAMS with an MBA in Health Management/MPH.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
